After the work was started in 1902 with John and Margaret Hay and a few others already in South America, Scottish John Craig was the very first "volunteer" to join them in Paraguay, sailing from Liverpool, England, in 1905. Then, in 1907, this group of pioneers-to-be sailed as well.

For some 80 years this property, called "La Choza", situated on the outskirts of Posadas, provincial capital of Misiones, Argentina, has been a most useful tool in our Lord's service. In the early days it served as headquarters with missionaries passing through constantly.
